TITLE  I just sold my SC sh   NAME Lakhindar DATE 2014-07-06 COUNT 1121   I just sold my SC shares today. My buy in price is 200. The 30/91 right issue means I ll end up with odd lots which is very paomlebrtic. Further, i hate those management with two faces. I remember SC and HSBC came out right after UK bailout plan saying they were all good, have enough capital blah blah. Now what happens! if they really need extra capital for acquisition, they can issue new shares to strategic partner (Tamersek or others) or convertible bonds. Of course the timing of management is also horrible when these options is not very attractive now when the share price is at 52 week low.RC
