* GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of wedge insertion is for the insulation after winding
to the armature of brush motor.
There are two kinds of insertion methods.
The first thing is to use the exclusive machine for mass production.
Others is only that shearing is automatic and inserting is manual.
This machine is belonging to the latter and the length of insulating
paper is adjustable.
At present, the cam is selected and the high speed is advantage
of the machine.
Whenever loading the roll, the wedge of desirable length can be
sheared 2EA/sec.
