* GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As this Auto Vibration Tester Line is the facility to do the test for vibration and inkjet printing, the whole system is fully automated not requiring another man-power.
The vibration test machine used the signal analysis of B&K2032 and B&K2035. After gathering the data measured against vibration with rotating the working of seat motor to clockwise, and counterclockwise direction, the machine store the test results to data base with automatically inspecting if there are some reject products comparing the spectrum of the accept product And also, the program printing all reports for production control is stored in the machine including the software that distinguishes the accept from the reject with measurement by Automatic PLC Control.
